This was my first visit to an urgent care facility and I was very impressed. I called ahead as recommended and was given an appointment within several hours. The PA called me prior to the appointment just to make sure that an ER visit was not required and to verify what could potentially be done and to answer any questions that I may have. I was seen by Rebecca and Ashley at the Mt Jackson Urgent Care Express regarding an injury. They were very thorough and knowledgeable in the care I received. Highly recommend these two very special medical personnel.
Woke up feeling awful. Made an appointment about 9 am. Had the appointment by noon as scheduled. No wait or mess. Positive for Covid and strep. In and out. Prescription for strep sent to the pharmacy so fast that is was ready when I got there. Can’t say enough good things.
Valley health is all this business should be called not urgent care .if urgent go straight to your nearest emergency room so you will not be turned away .
