I have been fighting with them for months! I took my son here in Aug and he never left the waiting room. They said his would was too much, he needed a CT scan and I needed to take him to the ER. Yet, they have still billed me and my insurance company. I have called over and over. No one speaks English, not even the supervisor who told me it’s my copay and that’s why I have to pay it. I’ve been going back and forth with Valley Health for nearly three months now, and I’m beyond frustrated. We took our toddler in back in July, and after being in the office for maybe two minutes, the doctor told us they couldn’t help and referred us to the pediatric emergency room in Leesburg. Since then, I’ve spoken with multiple people trying to get the billing corrected. Staff was great, helpful and caring, I didn't expect such great treatment especially on a Sunday afternoon, thank you . I highly recommend them great team
PA Zhang was very sweet today. He has a great bedside manner. I always have a good experience here. Go in early if you do not want to wait is my expert advice.
Horrible nurse/technician. Don't go here unless you want leave feeling like you were an inconvenience to her.
