I come here, they forget to look at my ears. I realized it when ho home, so I got back because fever returned. They didn't care about their mess up, made me wait forever without telling even approximate time. They also take walk ins, which is stupid, because they just make the wait time longer. It's not the first time I had to wait so long. They don't care. Do not come to this place. They sure enough push additional testing to make extra bucks.
Horrendous wait time absolutely ridiculous i was here for 4 hours. only reason yall gets a 3 star is because yall was nice but work on your wait time.

Front desk staff were unprofessional and rude. Go some place else if you need urgent care.
I have been waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. I have seen plenty of families come out but only one patient go back. I get it is a busy time of year, but what is the point of making an appointment. It feels like the doctor/doctors all went out for an afternoon siesta and we are left in the waiting room to all share germs.
