Great experience, all of the nurses were kind. The woman running the front desk was understanding and very sweet to all my little ones. They brought snacks for the babies and things to color. I wish I had grabbed names. Definitely recommend this urgent care !

The worst experience ever. We went there, and the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and clueless. When we arrived, the front desk girl told us the wait would be about 45 minutes, with one patient ahead of us, so it shouldn't take long. We waited over an hour, and despite others coming after us being treated, we still waited. When we spoke to her, she was rude and unprofessional, claiming those patients had online appointments they booked while we sat waiting. How does that make sense? They deserve zero stars. Terrible staff not dedicated to getting you well. Labs were taken and were supposed to be sent for testing, and I was supposed to follow up in the next 3 days to get results. Ends up the labs were never sent bc they needed to be redone, but no one called to tell me. Days later when I called to check on results and was advised of the mistake. The office manager couldn’t care less.

This was my second visit to a Valley Health urgent care, this one and another location. Both times I had an upper respiratory infection with a large amount of fluid in my ears. Both times I was told that it was probably viral and to return if not better in a week. Both times I ended up going to another urgent care after 5 days of allowing the "virus" to fester and being diagnosed with a bacterial infection that had, by then, moved into my lungs. Waste of money and time.
