"This was the worst emergency experience I have ever had. I arrived with urgent symptoms: uncontrollable, very dark watery diarrhea, nausea, weakness, and a high risk of internal bleeding since I have Von Willebrand disease type 2, and I take methotrexate. I waited more than 3 hours and 45 minutes in the emergency area without being seen by a doctor. Beyond incompetent! Clinic was unable to diagnose a dislocated finger much less treat it. After sitting for an hour and a half and then X-rays their ‘diagnosis’ was that they had never seen anything like it and referred her to the ER at Winchester Medical Center. There a doctor spent all of 10 seconds putting her finger back in place after X-rays indicted no break. A splint and bandage and she was out the door. Would not trust this clinic again for anything
