Front desk was very nice and attentive. They have a mask-required sign, but some of the staff weren't wearing masks, so that was confusing. I have noooo problem wearing one, but if I'm required to, so should the staff. I presented for an issue I was having with my ankle, and was told I'd get a call back once the radiologist took a look at the x-ray, because apparently the doctor was unable to do so. This is the best urgent care I've ever been to! They take great care helping people and doing what's right! my son had a very high fever and I got very nervous and the nurse came and took me back to do his vitals and administered ibuprofen, even though it wasn't our turn in line. She also let us wait in the car until it was our turn to see the doctor. I drive out of my way to come to this location. I'm done with the medexpress lack of urgency and care for human beings

I went to urgent care on Friday and I ended up falling asleep in the waiting room after I checked in. They were so kind to me and helped me up when they figured out that I was the patient they were looking for. Once we were in the room, Sherri, my nurse gave me a pillow and a blanket. She turned out the lights and left the door cracked so that I could sleep while I waited for the doctor. Mariah was my doctor and she was also very kind to me too.

BTW, ( I had lost my voice and had a freaking mask) Don't know what difference an interpreter would have made. I think he was the one needing one. I had already checked it with 3 people before he showed up and nobody seemed to have issues with my cute sore accent. There were few things I also dislike about this visit that for me are a deal breaker. Coming from a family of ph... read more
