Went in to get my kids seen and i have a autistic 7 year old. My autistic son was playing with the door, and the office manager came in and told us to stop playing with the door. I tried to explain he was autistic, but she shut the door in my face. I don't think she should work at a doctor's office if you get that annoyed with an autistic kid playing with the door.
This hospital let my wife go home with severe medical condition and won't help those in need.
Always super nice and this last time they went over and beyond for me ! I couldn't make it over to the facility, so I called and they did telehealth with me and everything was taken care of .... I have always used Valley Health for over 30 years so I highly recommend any of the facilities!
