Had a very unpleasant experience today my appointment was at 10 am I signed in 10 minutes before & waited patiently in waiting area until 11:40. They were taking long so I checked back with reception turns out Melissa the receptionist did not check me in at all! That’s very unprofessional of her, that is her job!
