I was surprised at the reviews I read prior to visiting this hospital. My son had two procedures at this hospital this week on Thursday and Friday and I can only give it 5 stars. The staff was so efficient and truly lovely. The facility is spotless and I was so impressed. It was a treasure to have these procedures done at Valley. I rarely write goggle reviews but I had to say thank you to an excellent staff and lovely facility.
Surprised at these bad reviews but just wanted to give my experience. Came in for a 715am appointment, I was brought back early and finished before 730am. Raquel was super sweet, walked me through everything, no complaints.
Always delayed. Expect to wait over an hour past your appointment time.
