Extremely frustrated with billing. On the day of my procedure, I paid a $150 deductible they told me I would owe and could pay right then. They billed me for it, and despite showing them my receipt, they continue to bill me for the previously paid $150 deductible. I've called their billing customer service line four times and was told to call back or check with my doctor's office because the account numbers aren't matching up. This place is awful. My son had surgery at the hospital a few months ago . At the hospital when we went to recovery they said to let him wake up on his own. He did. And they gave him popsicles and then had him drink something. They waited to be sure he held it down. The nurses and staff talked to him about pokemon and such. Everyone there sang him happy birthday. He was there a while. I'd say an hour. When he left he was fully awake and clear headed. I've always had a wonderful experience here with both surgeries! I highly commend the entire staff!
