I decided to call them today to see if I could setup an appointment for my daughter. I've called several times and nobody even answers. I just keep getting a message saying to leave a message if you're trying to setup a new appointment. When it comes to mental health some people need to speak with someone ASAP to get the help they need. Nobody should have to leave a message and wait for someone to return their call whenever they feel like they have time. This is unacceptable in my opinion and unprofessional.
Lost my appointment. Way too many issues to count with this place. Go anywhere else.
Where are my prescriptions? I shouldnt have to go a week and more without my prescriptions because people aren't doing their jobs.
Was 3 mins late, because of extremely bad traffic. 3 mins. Was there for a meds appointment. DO NOT GET Laura cesario!!! She screamed in my face and belittled me for being mins late. Then proceeded to tell me she could give me Zoloft .. which doesn't corespond with anything I have, on paper ... She's very lazy at her job and just wants people in and out so she can leave. I've never in my life been treated like that because I needed help...
