Katina is amazing! Good therapists are NOT easy to find. Trust me, we’ve shopped 😂. All that shopping was worth it because we’ve got the best around. Katina is warm and kind but honest. She explains things in a way that both the parents and child can understand. She gives her opinion but doesn’t force it on you. AND she’s got snacks, we all love the snacks!!
They don’t answer the phone. All they do is put you on hold. I’ve been calling since they opened. Very pathetic.
I had some difficult, annoying situations that happened and I had to have them switch my pharmacy twice trying to pick up this one medication. Obviously, I would prefer to just pick it up, and it was really annoying for me to have to keep switching the pharmacies and calling. Thankfully, the lady on the phone let me know that “Just so you know, we can’t keep switching pharmacies like this.” Thank you. It’s literally your job. And it was equally frustrating for me. That comment was so unnecessary.
