I had some difficult, annoying situations that happened and I had to have them switch my pharmacy twice trying to pick up this one medication. Obviously, I would prefer to just pick it up, and it was really annoying for me to have to keep switching the pharmacies and calling. Thankfully, the lady on the phone let me know that “Just so you know, we can’t keep switching pharmacies like this.” Thank you. It’s literally your job. And it was equally frustrating for me. That comment was so unnecessary.
This place seriously screwed me up as a kid. Oh, my therapist also quit and they didn’t tell me until I showed up for an appointment with him.
Very rude and bad attitudes and very unprofessional. I had to walk away that's how bad it got. Then I went back in and ask for a manager and she was even worst. This is a bad place for any child to attend or anyone. They don't care they just there for a job and to get people in a bad position.
Id give them a zero if it were an option
