Typical one star ( would be less if it were an option) for a Valley Health office. My PCP sent them a referral for a sleep study over a month ago. I cant get them on the phone, and they wont return my messages. I can only imagine how lacking the care is, if they cant be bothered with the basics.... Had my referral switched to Somnium, and had an appointment the next day!

Had my first appointment today. The front desk receptionists at check-in and check-out were very kind and professional. The Respiratory Therapist, Dina, was also professional, patient, and understanding. I really appreciated the way these departments treated me. I will share my feedback about the provider in my survey.

Made an appointment for consultation. Provided my email and phone number as I was told I would receive a reminder and confirmation communication text or email. Never received either. Called several times during business hours Monday the day of appointment starting at 8:30 am. leaving messages that I need to confirm time. Finally got a hold of the front desk woman at 10:45 am I explained that I've been calling all morning to confirm. She said my appointment is at 11 am. I told her I live 30 minutes away.
