This place is abysmal. Even with an appointment... not walk in.... it’s a 2 hour wait. This place is a joke. Every time I go it’s the same thing. I just needed a physical. What a shame. Truly it’s so inconsiderate of people’s time and health. Go else where!!!

RecommendedI am here now with my son. There are no words for how wonderful, professional, attentive, and warm the entire staff has been. Dr Alexander was amazing and a superb surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I’m so thankful for them for saving my sons life and for every kindness and gracious thing they did for us. RecommendedI love Valley but I’m angry with the way they are doing flu shots. Nice nurse asks you if you want a flu shot while you’re here. CDC has been all over the news recommending 65+ get the stronger senior version b/c they expect this yr to be 6x worse than last yr. When I asked they said pharmacy doesn’t carry it so go to your GP or clinic. Trouble is most people don’t ask and think they are getting adequate protection.
