I made app for Physical check up , I went there and I called the office from outside and I told her I’m here for my 9 a clock appointment, the lady said I’m sorry but why do you way to see the dr for ?! Went there 2/18/2020 and was put in a room and forgotten about. I waited 42 min and was about to walk out when finally a doctor said has anyone seen you. I said no and he said he was very sorry. Then I had to get a shot and the person that came in said she was sorry. But this was not the first time it’s happened to me. I am thinking that they have something against me. Looks like it’s time to find some where else to go 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
They advertise “urgent care” - on their sign out front, on their website, and on the phone if you call. However, they will bill you as an “out of network “ and charge you up the wazoo. They will then say they “don’t have a code for billing urgent care.” And it will be billed to you forever. Hubby went twice in a row, because the first visit THEY SCREWED UP his diagnosis and meds. TWICE, he paid our copay, as per our insurance, which they take. Still got charged full price. They are awful.
Went there as urgent care patients, and they GROSSLY misdiagnosed my husband, so we had to come back the very next day for them to reassess and prescribe the CORRECT meds... and then they billed us for a regular visit on an urgent care matter. Our primary doc was closed, so we went there for urgent care. When we called to dispute the bill, they said they can’t bill it as urgent care because they “don’t offer urgent care.” Ummm... you do offer urgent care. It’s on your sign, above your door !!
