Rude,hostile,unknowledgeable Have no idea what insurance they accept or not,one day they accept this insurance next day they don't. Sent me to Winchester medical center only to be told they don't accept my insurance then they rescheduled me saying they do accept my insurance. Scheduled me for a surgery procedure 2.5 months away at a facility that is far for me when I was able to schedule the surgery elsewhere within 2 weeks at a location that is much closer and convenient. This place is not looking out for you.
