My review is purely based on my experience with the receptionists at the front desk. I have been a patient at this location for a long time, but recently I have not had a pleasant experience while checking in at appointments and during phone calls. A majority of the front desk employees do not make the office feel welcoming. I hate to be so harsh, but there is definitely an attitude problem. I have been a patient at Valley Health for 6 years and will be looking for another pcp. I arrived for my appointment today and was told that it was cancelled, someone was suppose to contact me, and didn’t. The receptionist was annoyed when I asked for a new appointment and when I told her the first two options didn’t work for me. The staff is uncommunicative and rude.
Went in for a migraine chris usually sees me and handles everything with the upmost attention and is awesome with helping me feel better , the Hindu doctor i saw today told me not to come back because all valley health does is put a bandaid on the issue and to find a primary care doctor, I haven't had time with working three jobs for several years to make an appointment valley health was just super convenient but I guess I can't come back anymore
