Very offput with how the receptionists handle interactions I will be looking for a new pediatricians office I’ve tried coming in to have my baby seen 2 days in a row and have been turned away each time last night I came in with my child covered in a rash and the lady says “the doctor left at 6:30 you won’t be seen tonight” and so we left and came back the next morning now they say they’re not taking any walk ins till 1pm saying it’s posted on the door (you have to scan a QR code) so I let them know I’m kind of disappointed t... read more
Great people
This location has some of the most understanding, professional, and respectful workers I have ever met. You can tell this team care about the well-being of their patients and they work fast and efficient (including the pharmacy). They will not hesitate to let anyone who is uninsured know that they will never be turned away and was very informative about the sliding scale program. I would choose this facility anytime !
My mother had an appointment at the Rt 60 office today and sit in the exam room for over an hour and the Dr never did come in to see her. They had some kind of tar smell in the office that she ended up get sick from. When she finally got tired of waiting and walked out to the reception desk they didn't even try to find out why the Dr didn't come in to see her or ask if they could reschedule her appt. She is not going back.
I love Valley Health Pharmacy at Pea Ridge Barboursville location; but decided to switch to the Hal Greer location due to distance from my home. HUGE MISTAKE. The lady was rude and not a single pharmacist tried to help me. They filled my 8 vials of injectable meds and only 3 needles. I’m glad I checked the bag before leaving.
