Horrible practice. Never have any appointments available and when you manage to get in they treat you like trash. Nobody takes you serious or seems to have much knowledge. They are also all super rude.
Very disheartening to say the leasr.....I brought awareness to her about my husband with no response a year ago, was assaulted by my husband and received NO Advocacy for his Mental Health.....that's disturbing
One of the best experiences I've had going to see a doctor. The office is comfortable and clean, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently to a degree that I rarely experience (having been to a lot of doctors' offices in my life). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, as well as accommodating and professional. Dr. James was great too. She is attentive and engaged with excellent bedside manner, and seems to be very sharp as well.
Terrible doctor. I started with her about a year ago when I had covid really bad. During the time one of the visits I had to reschedule because all of a sudden she was not going to be there. Than at Thanksgiving time I felt 2 swollen lymph nodes and she called and had to reschedule that one because she all of a sudden won't be there for 3 weeks. During that time she wanted me to go for an ultrasound because if my swollen lymph nodes and I had to wait almost a month to get the results because she was all of a sudden gone for ... read more
