First off, we chose this practice because we wanted a male physician, but a female PA was the provider, we chose the location because it's close, but the Sterling office doesn't seem to actually open, and the doctor only gave 2 months of a regular maintenance medication. We can't renew without going on. Also, they coded an annual exam as an office visit. It should be fully covered by insurance but they're charging us We'll keep looking for a more reasonable practice.
PA Erin was friendly, sympathetic, patient, thorough, and overall a pleasure to consult with. I believe her treatment plan is sound, and she also gave me a backup prescription in the event the first rx wasn't sufficient treatment.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Farooque at Valley Health Clinic for the past 12 years and are extremely happy with dedication to patients. He takes time to listen, discuss with with patient to find the best care.
