Extremely difficult to get an appointment, the pharmacy staff is TERRIBLE and rude. Not friendly at all. Will be contacting someone higher up because this is NOT the kind of service our tax dollars warrants.
Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff in the Lab. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Valley Health Medical Center in Milpitas, in the lab. The lab staff, Maka and Donna, demonstrated shocking carelessness and unprofessional behavior. An 81+ year-old patient was given the wrong test to perform, despite the doctor clearly prescribing a 24-hour test.
