Thanks California for your horrible health care. This place is ridiculous and needs people who actually care working here. People come here to seek urgent care and are made to feel worthless and like their lives don’t matter. Y’all need to read these reviews.
We just moved to town and aren’t to familiar with urgent cares in the area of Morgan hill so we drove all the way to this one at 7:47 pm the front people did not acknowledge us until they finished there conversation finally after 5 mins they told us they are no longer taking patients one man being name Tyrese and the lady refused to tell us her name this was such a horrible experience
Came in for my son to have his diabetes medicine refilled. They were extremely slow was not that much of a weight other patients for being seen very quickly the timer 6:48 at night.
Went to urgent care twice in 1 week with no health insurance. Charged over $1,000 each visit for a 10 minute interaction with a Dr. First visit, the Dr was wrong. 2nd visit, the Dr knew exactly the cause.
On the phone I can barely get two words in before I get transfered to a random department.
