In my 33 years of living in valley health territory. I have experienced a marked decline in the humanity of treatment by the multiple hospitals I've been into as a patient and a contractor. Its extremely concerning to me that given a recent dilemma between services at a valley health facility and a Veterans Administration facility. I would deffer my treatment indefinitely.
