I visited Dr Eli Ziv for a hand problem. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He explained my condition clearly and concisely by providing notes and a diagram for me to take home. He gave me at-home exercises to help my healing. I would highly recommend Dr Ziv.
This is a very unpleasant experience for a young lady who just started a grown-up life and being a full-time student without a job was ripped off by a doctor.
Unbelievably rude front desk people, I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Do not work with these “caregivers“- the person handling my case actually laughed at my poor insurance and hung up on me. I’ve never been treated this Disrespectfully at a doctors office in my entire life.
Dr. Ziv is a very kind and caring doctor. He took time to explain to me in details about my hand problems and potential solutions. I highly recommend him for hand related issues.
I've had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Ziv. He is forthright and always explains what is going on with my finger very specifically, even drawing pictures for me to understand what he is telling me. His staff is fabulous and I fully trusted him with my surgery with no doubts at all. Great experience.
