I’ve been a loyal customer of this pest control company for several years, and I’m incredibly disappointed by how things ended. I recently discovered through postings on Yelp that they’ve closed—without any notice or communication. We have been with this company for years with no issues but know when I try contacting them, no answer or call back. I have switched to a local pest control company that actually answers their phones.
I have had the best experience with these guys over the last few years but I have been trying to get ahold of them for the last few weeks and I’m getting no response. I wonder if they went out of business???
They have closed the business... no announcements to current customers. Have used them for years without issue. Sent several emails and left multiple messages with no response. Drove by their office and was locked up. I switched over to Palma Pest Solutions, also located in Simi. So far, so good 👍 my new service fee is even better than Valley Guard
They were great, but now have been MIA. I've been calling and emailing them since the end of June and no one has gotten back to me. Today I noticed that they had the audacity for charging like they came to service but they are nowhere to be found. Funny enough, some weird guy had been going around the area offering pest control services and when you ask for a business card, he says he doesn't have one.
