They were great, but now have been MIA. I've been calling and emailing them since the end of June and no one has gotten back to me. Today I noticed that they had the audacity for charging like they came to service but they are nowhere to be found. Funny enough, some weird guy had been going around the area offering pest control services and when you ask for a business card, he says he doesn't have one. Update: I've been calling for a Month now. No one answers the phone, just an automated message. I payed and have not received the service agreed upon. I see other reviews with the same issue. I have had an account for a couple years but the service has declined. They have been unreachable for 3 weeks. I’ve required service but they do not pickup phone calls, the don’t respond to the messages left. They don’t reply to emails, ridiculous. I recommend using someone else.

Have had Valley Guard for several years. Always have been prompt and thorough. The guys have been great. Suddenly they missed the June visit. I have called twice this week with prompt indicating can’t take my call but I left a voicemail. No response.
They WERE great, but they missed my bi-monthly service at the beginning of June. Tried calling - no answer; email - no answer; even went by their office, trucks still out back but nobody there...
