Recently moved into Valley Grove and could not be happier. The property Manager Mike made the whole process stress free and pleasant. From scheduling a viewing, to answering all of my questions and concerns, to making the move in process simple and easy. The maintenance team made sure everything was in tiptop shape. After move in I had a maintenance request for a minor cosmetic issue, and they were there within a couple hours to take care of things. Currently renting an apartment over on Grove Street I remember years ago this used to be the worst area in Manchester but I’ve seen Grove Street and Valley Street in this area Grow to be a more civilized area. love my apartment I got a two bedroom I’m currently in, management is amazing. I lived here from 2020 - 2021. For the price ($1350 for a 1-bedroom, top floor), it was an amazing place to live. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but I walked around often, day and night, and never ran into any trouble...besides neighbors shooting fireworks in the middle of the night lol. Management was amazing too: I left the lease around 1.5 months early, and they rented it out before the end of the month, and I didn't have to pay any fees, or the 12th month of rent, and I got my full deposit back. I looked at many apartments before I settled in on Valley Grove. The main reason I said yes to this complex was mainly Michael the property manager. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The day I looked at the apartment the maintaince staff where painting and doing repairs, they also were polite and friendly. Michael made the application process very easy as it was paper form and not on line as I am not tec savey!
Very well kept place and well managed!
