I also come there regularly to visit my boyfriend who is now looking g to move as soon as possible. The kids here are out of control the parents allow them to run around screaming cussing doesn't matter what time day or night we keep hoping management will do something but its looking like moving is the better option as kids screaming bloody murder non stop all day and I tried talking to the parents the y just laugh about it its dusgusting.
It's not so bad. People expect a lot for a little. You get what you pay for. I've been here for about 3 plus years, more or less. Only real issues are the drain system flooding SE parking lot, one dumpster and untrustworthy neighbors. Don't expect your packages to be found on your doorstep.... you'll be living amongst thieves and porch pirates, which some don't go to work or have jobs.
