Owners are blunt, but, nice. Manager is nice, but, refuses to do anything about anything, except for demanding rent payments. My truck was broken into 3X in six months time, they refused to replace lightbulbs in the covered parking area to remedy the issue. They never take any complaints seriously and as far as Maintenance good luck... I stay with boyfriend who lives there, and it was a great place until about 10 months ago. The neighbors let their kids and dog run wild and all over our back patio and try to come in our front door. Other kids love to ring the doorbell (which is unplugged now) and knock on the door and run off. We leave peanuts out for the squirrels and the kids come and steal them, I'm thinking mom and dad need to get better jobs so they can afford food for their kids.
