I scheduled an appointment to sell my wedding ring set but then I got a call the next day and explained that they don't have a market for the type of ring that I have. They explained that they could but it but the price wouldn't be great because it would be scrap. Then they sent me info for other stores that might get me a better price. I really appreciated the honesty and even sending me somewhere else that would be in my best interest. If I have more jewelry to sell, I'll definitely contact them again first.
