I had a great experience selling gold to Mary at Valley Goldmine! She was able to get me an appointment the day I called her. When going through the gold buying process, she took the time to explain everything and tested the gold in front of me. The whole process was very transparent and professional. She gave me almost a 60% increase over the other quote I received. She pays way over what any pawn shop pays and in my experience considerably better than the other jeweler I checked out. I scheduled an appointment to sell my wedding ring set but then I got a call the next day and explained that they don't have a market for the type of ring that I have. They explained that they could but it but the price wouldn't be great because it would be scrap. Then they sent me info for other stores that might get me a better price. I really appreciated the honesty and even sending me somewhere else that would be in my best interest. If I have more jewelry to sell, I'll definitely contact them again first.
