They are the friendliest people, except one or two. The Dr's and NP's are very caring and know what they're doing. They suffered a tragic loss this past year. They're doing the best they can considering. Cut them some slack, I am well taken care of at Valley Gastro. Can't say that for other offices out there! I do agree though about the one receptionist. She's just as negative in person as on the phone. Yes, they do not like to answer the phones!

Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with, their good at sending you a text telling you to schedule something but then never answer when you call. Today I finally got through then I was put on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected, I tried to call back and then the regular no answer.

I had to leave Mellisa she is Dr. Degayners scope scheduler a message to just call me with a date and time for a scope and I'll either go with it or call if it's not OK. I had to do this as they don't have some one manning her phone at all times . Another staff member (they know who she is) called me not to assist her and to get me scheduled but to berate me and say I'm calling you in response to the rude aforementioned message you left.
