I had a wonderful experience today with Kathy Lu, NP. She was professional, attentive, listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I left the office feeling good about my visit. I would recommend Kathy Lu to anyone looking for a GI specialist.
Excellent care definitely would recommend
This was my first time at this facility. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no glitches. All the personnel from the office staff, including the PA and the doctor were extremely pleasant to deal with. I was taken on time, conducted my business, and was out of there in no time.
