Extremely poor customer service . It seems like Lauren who answers all calls hates her job . Be ready for any question which you are going to ask to get the answer : I don’t know .
Paid $45 to fill out an application for a unit listed as available on their website. Previously visited the unit a week prior to check it out since I will be moving to the area soon. After receiving the confirmation email and them taking money from my bank account, I didn’t receive any follow up for two weeks. When I called I was told the unit was already leased and that their system will allow an application to go through even if the unit has been leased... Valley Gardens is a wonderful place! The staff are friendly, the homes are beautiful, and it's super affordable! I couldn't complain about this place if I wanted to!
This is the best place we have ever lived. We love that you don’t share walls like an apartment building. Ceilings are super high which makes it feel spacious. The landscape is completely taken care of and since we got a brand new unit we have had no major issues. I’ve rented a lot of places in the valley but this is by far the best.
