Kim corrected previous installation of garage door opener. He was friendly , very professional, he did an excellent job reinstalling , now the door does not shake when activated, its quiet and we are no longer afraid it will fall when entering and or exiting. Your Technician Kim was great! He was quick and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to my understanding. He even took the time to explain all the workings of the door and the purpose of all the parts that make it happen. Exactly what I like. Highly recommend.
We recently acquired an apartment and wanted to have our door serviced. Jim at Valley Garage Doors assessed it and confirmed that we only needed more than just a normal service. Now we have new rollers and bearings and it works perfect. No more jerking around, goes down without us standing there holding the button and it is so quiet. They did awesome work in a short time. Excellent service! Contacted Valley Garage Doors about a broken spring, and they returned my call immediately. We set up an appointment for the next morning to have the spring replaced. The technician was in and out within one hour. He also ensured that the opener was functioning correctly after the spring replacement. Will definitely use their services again!
Great company-fair and honest which is hard to find these days! We have had the pleasure of having Jim work on our garage who is knowledgeable and quick in repairs. Jim is great at asking what is wrong with the garage and ensuring the techs have the right parts to fix our garage quickly.
