We really appreciated that this company called us right back, scheduled us asap even though they said they were quite busy. The service tech was very professional, inspecting both doors and replacing a broken bracket.
I cannot recommend Valley Garage Door Enough. I was told my opener needed to be replaced and I was working with Valley to purchase aa new one. I do not have other parking so I was in a rush and willing to buy anything they had in stock to try to get a rush install. The owner was not confident my issue meant a new opener and insisted he personally look at it before they would sell me a new one. Dear Valley Garage Door, This morning, your technician showed up to adjust our garage door, and we were impressed with his professionalism. Y’all had replaced two doors for us last winter, and we’d noticed that one ran very smoothly whereas the other one lurched and was noisier.
