My father passed away in August 2024 and was cremated here. He was a veteran, yet the headstone that was ordered for him was never delivered. After more than a year and a half of repeated calls, I continue to receive the same excuse that someone will call me back—no one ever does. My dad is still in an unmarked grave without his veteran headstone. This is heartbreaking and unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and would never recommend this company.

Todd was incredibly kind and compassionate during a very difficult time for us. We shared that my wife had suffered a miscarriage at 11 weeks and were just reaching out to ask about pricing. Todd offered his support and didn’t charge us anything. His generosity and empathy meant so much to us—especially when another funeral home in Wasilla had quoted us $200. We are deeply grateful for the care Todd showed our family.

It’s been almost 8 years now since we’ve had Valley Funeral Home take care of my brother’s funeral. I still think of Todd and his compassionate care that he’s provided my family. We had a unique funeral in that it spanned over 3 days and 3 locations and Todd was excellent in transporting and caring for my brother. My mom said she can still remember how gentle Todd was with my brother and his actions deeply touched us. We will always reccomend him and his team.

I highly recommend using Valley Funeral Home. We had an excellent experience! Todd was very accommodating for our needs! Everything went smooth and my dad looked great in the casket. Will definitely recommend to others.

I'd like to thank Todd and his staff for an excellent job on my father's viewing and service. He took care of everything including mitary honors. They were very supportive and helpful and everything went smoothly during this very difficult time. We couldn't ask for more, they went above and beyond our expectations, would highly recommend!
