I will not be returning to this office due to the ongoing lack of respect for patients’ time. Waiting over an hour past a scheduled appointment time is unacceptable, especially when there is little to no meaningful communication about the delay. I completely understand that medical offices run behind. Emergencies happen and appointments sometimes take longer than expected. I have been a patient of this practice for years and have always loved this office. That is part of what makes writing this so difficult. My feelings about the practice changed significantly when I began experiencing menopause. My menopause symptoms were intense.
