Dr Feiner is one of the best Doctors we have dealt with in a long time! My husband is currently under his care and feels he is in the best hands possible. This place overbooks people so you end up waiting long to be seen. Then you get talked down to by the doctor and cut off when asking questions or answering his questions. I don't plan on coming back here anymore after my son's tubes fell out after only being in 2 weeks. I had asked about getting permanent tubes placed and mentioned getting his adenoids out, and was just dismissed. I am not pleased with the service here. The only good thing is the staff are nice.
I had my 91 year old mother to see Dr Nicole. She’s a lovely person and has so much compassion for her patients. She treats my mom like I’m sure she would treat her own grandmother. My mother is being difficult concerning wearing or not wearing her hearing aids. Without them she hears mostly nothing. Dr Nicole explains why she should wear them and makes sure my mom understands how important it is to be able to hear, not only for herself but for others around her like me who she lives with.
