I wanted to purchase a f150. According to there web site there was about 8500 in rebates on all 4x4 f150..when dealing with them they denied it I showed them on my phone and they stated that they didn't honor it. On top of that they said my credit was bad and I would get a high interest I pulled my credit report 780.. they then said they would negotiate my interest rate to a lower one instead of the rebates.. they are full of shxxt. I ended up leaving and buying at ford of clovis much better experience.
I have had to take my 2011 F250 in for some repair and services and Valley Ford was very polite and did a great job on fixing the problem. My truck is under warranty so I dont know if that makes a diffrence. I have had to get a couple of oil changes since i got my truck and found them to be the cheapest. I called Porterville Ford as the previous review said they were cheaper. They where much more then Valley Ford in Hanford. Porterville was $145.00 and Valley Ford has a special of $89.00.
I own a 2007 F250 King Ranch. I live in Hanford, but I have stopped using Valley Ford for any of my maintenance for some time now based on their inability to honestly diagnose or repair my vehicle, I use Porterville Ford and I'm extremely please with their service. The reason I'm on here today is just one more example of their dishonest tactics.
