I’ve ordered from here several times up until 2020. I wanted a rich tropical bouquet for my mom’s 87th birthday. The pick showed Dragon flowers and I specifically ordered the tropical bouquet and what I received leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly green. No luscious colours. No dragon flowers. I ordered the bear. It came with no ribbon as pictured. I asked for a greeting card with a note on it. What I got was a slip of paper giving delivery instructions.
