Very happy with Valley Flowers. I wanted to order flowers unexpectedly for a funeral. Having to order online/through the phone and not being there to see the flowers can be stressful. The team at Valley Flowers made the process easy and removed all the stress. I ordered a large vase bouquet and a wreath. I called and they walked me through the details and were very reassuring. Great customer service! Busy and quick! Very happy with experience. Went to 8 florists before and all were closed at 10 am, except valley florists!
I was very happy with the friendly, fast service I received and was told by the person I sent the flowers to that they were fresh & geogeous when they arrived.
I received a bouquet that looked like it had been sitting around for days. The flowers were wilted, not fresh, and definitely not worth the price. We reached out to customer service, but they completely ignored us. Apparently, they don’t care about their customers or their complaints. If you value quality, service, and respect for your money, stay far away from this company. Total disappointment!
