I Ordered flowers late in the evening for a relative who needed a ‘pick me up’. The flowers arrived at the perfect moment, early the next day. Ordering flowers from another state for family has never been easier, as the website is very easy to use.

Marvelous customer service!!! Excellent selection of arrangements, and prompt courteous delivery. I found Valley Flower Shop via an internet search and am very, very happy I opted to give them my patronage; The arrangement I ordered was true to the image on their page. I have been coming to Valley Florist for years and I couldn’t be happier. I order flowers from them at least once a month for all kinds of things—just because, for a birthday, a coworker retired etc. they always just absolutely nail it and the staff is so friendly! I've always used Valley Flower but this time I was disappointed. Wasn't going to leave a review but when I called to voice my disappointment, they were defensive. I was thinking they would respond totally different to my disappointment. His response was they don't get complaints. They have always done a great job and said I would still use them. Don't think so. Wow!
