Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Cody, the owner, is a super nice guy and the place is well kept up with new state of the art equipment. Update 6/7/23 - place is still awesome, Best gym in the Valley. Update 8/10/23 - Love this gym. Updaiting all the time. Update 2/7/24 - still love this gym. Down home feel with big city equipment.

Very cool gym . 24 hour access, clean , friendly , accessible, motivational environment and the owner makes all feel welcome ! Highly recommended!
