I have been with them 7 years and it has been a struggle since day 1. The new website and app are terrible. It loops you in circles forever then finally the website worked but the app continues to give me errors no matter how many times I enter in the correct information. Almost moved my business a couple years ago but decided it was more of a hassle to move but this go round I think it is time to move. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and no bank is perfect but it is just on going issues.
I been with valley garbage for now almost 2months. First I was told I had to set up my bank account myself to be able to join up with them! Basically if I want to become a member go use their wifi sit down and set it up myself! And no one around in bank! Wth? I finally did and it took forever! Almost hour! My online app don't work! Very poor security with in the online banking system. Money was withdrawn without authorization in a dual signature account. Their excuse was their online system is not capable of dual transaction online codes. If you are a business owner with more than one person with online access to your account this may not be the financial institution for you. I have been banking at the institution or one of the institutions they have acquired for over 50 years.
