I have been with them 7 years and it has been a struggle since day 1. The new website and app are terrible. It loops you in circles forever then finally the website worked but the app continues to give me errors no matter how many times I enter in the correct information. Almost moved my business a couple years ago but decided it was more of a hassle to move but this go round I think it is time to move. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and no bank is perfect but it is just on going issues.
I been with valley garbage for now almost 2months. First I was told I had to set up my bank account myself to be able to join up with them! Basically if I want to become a member go use their wifi sit down and set it up myself! And no one around in bank! Wth? I finally did and it took forever! Almost hour! My online app don't work!
