I can only speak for the Flint MI branch, but I have never had anything less than outstanding customer service. Doesn't matter who answers the phone, they will have all your questions answered in minutes, and I've never dealt with anyone there not willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
Very poor customer service gave me pricing on pipe and when I tried to call back to make sure they had pipe ready for pickup they refused to sell to me cause I had a well driller on site.Then called competition and told them not to sell pipe me also !
