I cannot express enough how great Valley Falls Family Dentistry is. From the time you walk in you are greeted by Corey who is phenomenal. The ease of scheduling appointments to billing there are no surprise's. As far as the dental assistant Tammy she immediately came out to greet me and showed genuine care on how I was doing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable my whole visit. Now let me tell you about Dr.Weber, she has restored my faith in dentistry. Great experience. Was scared to go to the dentist after 10 years but they helped make the process and cleaning easy. Am I sore?!? Yes, but only a little ;) Thanks Ali for giving me some confidence back
Awesome family dentist. Kind staff and very friendly. Hard to laugh and talk with tools and fingers in your mouth but we always have funny convos when I come in 😂
I absolutely enjoyed coming to thi dentist office. The receptionist was lovely, patient and compassionate, not rushed or busy or even forced. I came with my 6 kids. There was no upturned noses, they all welcomed us from the receptionist to the dentist herself. I am so very grateful for these small town offices. The dentist took such special care while working on my mouth, no pulling or jerking. She was gentle and meek, she listened and genuinely cared, a very kind women. My dentist recently retired so I was in search of a new more closer to home option. I reached out to Valley Falls Family Dentistry & so glad I did! I received a prompt call to schedule my first exam. The team is very welcoming and non judgmental as I’ve had a lot of previous dental work done. From walking in the door, to the exam, to treatment plan, etc over all a great experience & will happily continue my dental services here!
