I was too scared to say anything at first. However, after thinking about it a lot I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them. From the very beginning valley fair treats you poorly. Completely two faced, never trust Barbara especially. Where we rent now had some water damage and a roof leak. Work order was in the process. Charge $90 in application fees went to the house that I was inquiring about it was lived in ask somebody I seen outside if they were moving they said no out of $90 for house that's not even for rent what a scam

You will not get your full security deposit back - even if you leave the apartment cleaner than you found it. Nona Quigg, the Assistant Property Supervisor, advised me that the owner charges the departing tenant a minimum of 2 hours of cleaning fees to prepare the unit for the new tenant, regardless of how clean the unit was left. Preparing the unit for the new tenant is the responsibility of the owner- not the departing tenant- especially since everything was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Wish I could give them 0 stars. In December 2019 I moved into a dilapidated apartment complex in the shady side of town. Lived there for over a year without any issues other than maintenance requests pretty much being ignored. Valley Fair took over in March of 2021. No one was called, told about the change over or otherwise notified other than papers posted to our doors telling us we needed to write the rent checks out to them and that they’re be entering our units to assess them for damage.
