I was referred to valley facial for an inner ear problem but they were not interested in helping me at all the doctor looked in my nose and didnt even look in my ears or the medical history they made me feel bad for even showing up then they had the gall to charge me $208. they were not very nice i will not go back or recommend them
Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, nurse was helpful, and Dr was nice/ friendly also and listened to concerns. Unfortunately was barely looked at and told it was allergies and given more allergy medications. The next day I had to go to urgent care and they actually checked and heard fluid in lungs and drew my blood to actually test and find the issue.
