I was referred to valley facial for an inner ear problem but they were not interested in helping me at all the doctor looked in my nose and didnt even look in my ears or the medical history they made me feel bad for even showing up then they had the gall to charge me $208. they were not very nice i will not go back or recommend them

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, nurse was helpful, and Dr was nice/ friendly also and listened to concerns. Unfortunately was barely looked at and told it was allergies and given more allergy medications. The next day I had to go to urgent care and they actually checked and heard fluid in lungs and drew my blood to actually test and find the issue. I got chest x ray and blood draw for less money and told I had an infection and was prescribed antibiotics. I was charged over 400$ here for less than 3 minute appointme... read more

I had an appointment with these guys they had one lady on the phone that has a very bitter root in her she was very rude the lady at the front desk was awesome as well as the girl who took me to the room but the visit was totally a waste of my time they seemed to be put off because my primary care physician had me referred to a different hearing aid place which told me i had something possibly wrong with my inner ear and they seemed not to want to help me at all the doctor told me to use a nasal spray which only made things ... read more

My care when i went in was good, but my mom pays my bills when she visits me, i had a BARELY past due bill for not even $40 and this rude unprofessional named denise called me threatening to send me to collections, sounding so rude and bothered, and when i told her before we started talking i was intending on paying it today since my mom visits, she skipped over that and said "okay well it's 3 months past due" even though it says very clearly on my bill it was due dec 21 and it's jan 13th today.
