Both kids had checkups. My son who is 6 was difficult but with their kind words and patients it ended well. Thank you!
I don't live there anymore, but I loved Valley Eye Clinic when I was there and would still be a patient if I lived closer! It's fun to see the picture of the staff now--quite a few more people than when I was there.
Appointments are very thorough, not too lengthy/not too rushed. Very technology-friendly, LOVE the option to do a camera shot vs. drops to dilate my eyes. Highly recommend this practice.
Stopped in while on vacation after my son broke his glasses. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They fixed his glasses quickly and even cleaned them and changed his nose pads. They didn't even charge us! What a fantastic place! Thank you again!
One upset customer/patient I know my glasses had to go to a lab to be done..took 8 days so I called during a day I think they have staff meeting said they would return my call never did. .so I call them back and after 8 days have to send glasses back precreption isn't correct in one lens..said possible that long again to get glasses back. .that will 16 days to get glasses. .not a happy customer/patient after paying all that money.
