I was out of town on business when a tire went flat as my wife was driving down 101 -- The passing Highway Patrol officer suggested Valley Express Towing, who showed up quickly and made sure she and our van got safely home. My wife says, "I highly recommend Aaron and Valley Express Towing! Aaron and the highway patrol officer made sure I made it to safety getting out of the van as cars wizzed by on the busy 101 freeway. they were courteous they were, dating they let my car staying there longer than what it should because I didn't have the money to pay it and they were very nice about it. I heard some squeaking under the hood after it was fixed I called them up and he told me to bring it and let it stay overnight so they can hear it first thing in the morning and they'll correct whatever is wrong it was still under warranty I appreciate it that it was a job well done
I needed emergency service and contacted this company. The girl that answered your phone was awesome. when the driver showed up just a few minutes later, he took his time and analyzed the situation. Gary was very professional and careful in how he managed his job. He took his time and made me feel relaxed. It was hotter then heck and he was sweating crazy but his energy and demeanor were positive and comforting. Your girl and Garys' customer service and friendliness was amazing. Thank you for getting me home safe!

What’s worse than terrible? This company! Gave me a time to meet for the tow. Called 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there, apologized and said the driver would be there shortly. After waiting another 30 minutes I called them. Was told by office girl to “have patience “ and they were right up the block. Driver showed up 15 minutes later.
