Very discriminative location if you are disabled. You need to somehow get the guard inside the building attention if you are disabled to then be able to use the elevator outside by the stairs to get into the building or you brave the stairs. The stair elevator needs to be on at all times according to the ada during business hours.
Valley Executive Tower on Ventura Boulevard is a solid four-star experience in my book, though with a big caveat. I come here often, but only to visit the retail space, so I can’t speak to the office suites upstairs. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and feels like a quality property in a prime spot.
