The review from Lil Bro Kydon is inaccurate and was made out of pure spite. They were a previous tenant (who is hiding under a fake name, per their review) on the property who got evicted and trespassed because of an affair she had with the previous maintenance man, and then wrote a negative review when they were asked to leave because they lied about being here as a “guest.” The people who she claimed to be here with weren’t present on property, and she’s retaliating because she was told to leave or she would be trespassed.... read more
The new manager is 100% unprofessional. Witnessed her under the influence and disrespectful to residents and the residents guests. She was yelling and making assumptions and completely rude and very unprofessional. No wonder the apartments have gone to down hill since new manager. Please make valley great again. Find a better on site manager one with integrity and respect. And a good maintenance man wouldn't hurt. Karen ran these apartments wonderfully, it's a shame she's no longer the manager. We have not been here very long, but the place is beautiful, the manager is wonderful and very professional, anything we have mentioned with possible issues has been addressed immediately. very impressed with the manager and the professionalism here. the only off thing is that if you go to the web site this leads you to, and click on see floor plans, it is none of the floor plans on the site. we were initially confused by this, but the floor plans we wound up with is wonderful. very happy we made this move. 😊
Safe for kids kinda one way in one way out and ez Neighborhood Watch Clean. all around good place to stay
