This is my second time using Valley Estate Service, and everything was top-notch! The lady’s name is Anna: she arrived exactly at the agreed time and was attentive to details. In two hours, she completed all the work: she thoroughly cleaned the carpet in three rooms and then, at my request, took care of my Prius. I would like to leave a review for a carpet cleaning company. I was extremely pleased with their work! The staff arrived on time and were polite and careful. They did a high-quality job cleaning the carpet—all the stains and unpleasant odors disappeared, and it now looks as good as new. I would also like to specifically mention that they used safe cleaning products with no harsh chemical smells, which is very important—especially if there are children or pets in the home. Anna was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She provided me with a very reasonable quote shortly after I placed my request and did a fantastic job cleaning my upholstered chairs and ottoman. I will definitely hire her again in the future.

I highly recommend Anna and this company! We needed the carpets on our stairs, two upstairs rooms and a great room cleaned and she gave us a fair price. On the way out the door we asked for an estimate on cleaning our couch (the dog has taken it over when we’re not home…) and she said they could do that as well. She showed up on time and knocked out the job in about three hours; everything looks and smells so much better now, I would use this company again.
