I’m so happy and satisfied with Anna’s carpet cleaning services! I thought I was going to have to rip out the existing carpet due to puppy potty training going havoc but my carpet looks and smells like brand new! This is my second time using Valley Estate Service, and everything was top-notch! The lady’s name is Anna: she arrived exactly at the agreed time and was attentive to details. In two hours, she completed all the work: she thoroughly cleaned the carpet in three rooms and then, at my request, took care of my Prius. Since the Prius has a fabric interior, she kindly agreed to help with cleaning the inside. She thoroughly cleaned the floor mats, seats, and all surfaces. Now everything looks brand new! We were looking into replacing our family room couches when a friend suggested trying to clean them first. After a little googling, we contacted Valley Estate Services and talked to Ana. She stopped by the next day and offered a very reasonable price to clean our 4 couches and chairs and clean the stairs' carpet. Job well done! I had another company cancel on me at the time they were scheduled. So I called Valley estate services and spoke with Anna. I explained my situation with being canceled on and my sofa was apart. She was very friendly and said she would come same day. The work was done very well. She has earned my business for sure.
