This is my second time using Valley Estate Service, and everything was top-notch! The lady’s name is Anna: she arrived exactly at the agreed time and was attentive to details. In two hours, she completed all the work: she thoroughly cleaned the carpet in three rooms and then, at my request, took care of my Prius. Job well done! I had another company cancel on me at the time they were scheduled. So I called Valley estate services and spoke with Anna. I explained my situation with being canceled on and my sofa was apart. She was very friendly and said she would come same day. The work was done very well. She has earned my business for sure. I would like to leave a review for a carpet cleaning company. I was extremely pleased with their work! The staff arrived on time and were polite and careful. They did a high-quality job cleaning the carpet—all the stains and unpleasant odors disappeared, and it now looks as good as new.
