Grumpy Guy I've known this guy for years. Zero customer service. Only thinks of himself. Rude. Will take advantage of you if he can. Avoid him if you can.

Warning Warning Watch out for this Guy. He is more than just grumpy and rude. He will charge your credit card after the fact for "damages" that may only be visible to him. I have been renting equipment for constuction for 20 years and have never encountered damage charges for minor scratches to industrial equipment. After checking in the equipment and saying everything was fine, a charge shows up on my credit card bill 6 weeks later. Lazy, Rude, Zero communication I dropped off my old, junky lawn mower on a Tuesday to be repaired to which the guy said it would be ready "next week", I called on Friday of the next week to wait ten minutes on the phone for the guy to find it, and then he told me about another week. I called on Wednesday of the next week to find out it was ready. Never once did they call me to let me know anything. The repairs and service totaled $97.00 which was more than the mower was worth.
