Rude and lazy people taking phone calls
I also received a referral and called three times today. The answering system said they were closed, but I know they have three clinic locations open today. Either poorly run or very arrogant. No thank you.
Unacceptable lack of communication, not using patient portal at all. Have to come in to get test results
Great place the receptionist are very kind.
