This place is trash not only is it dirty as hell I have pictures but they over booked me so I been here for almost an hour as they asked to reschedule me so not professional 0 stars
I noticed they removed my original review from 2022 - Dentist by the name of Meyers & he had 2 others in the room with him when they traumatized me by gaslighting me into thinking my infected wisdom tooth could be pulled out "easily" without the need for anesthesia. THEY TOOK AN IMAGE AND I ADVISED THAT DENTIST THAT THE REFERRING DENTIST CONFIRMED MY WISDOM TOOTH HAD GROWN IN SIDEWAYS.THE DENTIST IGNORED MY "FYI" AND SAID EVERYTHING LOOKED NORMAL AND I WOULD BE DONE WITHIN THE HOUR. Incredibly unprofessional!!! I was referred to them by my dentist and called their Scottsdale office twice in one day, AM and PM times (on a Wednesday) to request an appointment for an extraction needed as I have a broken tooth and an infected and fractured root. I left two detailed voice messages because they do not answer their phone, and they NEVER called me back. I wouldn't go back here if they were the last Endodontist on earth! My appointment was at 10 AM. They brought me back at 11:30...no explanation or apology for the 90 minute wait. I had to reschedule as I had another medical appointment. Came back next day at 10 am. AGAIN... they brought me back at 11:30 AM, 90 minutes late. NO explanation, apology, nada. If I could give NO STARS I would. This entire chain of offices is absolutely ridiculous and a total joke! This is the final straw with this company. First, they refused to fix work that THEY did that was never correct from the start. Then, I have been put on the back burner for a tooth extraction for 3 weeks now because they supposedly haven't gotten insurance approval yet.
